Senator John DeFrancisco was the OCRC keynote speaker at the May Endorsement Meeting in West Monroe. Here is Sen. DeFrancisco with Senator Patty Ritchie and town of West Monroe Chair Scott Morey. Sen. Ritchie received the unanimous endorsement of the OCRC at the meeting.
